While being in Poland, Romanian Claudio Crulic is wrongfully accused of theft. In jail he goes on a hunger strike, which inevitably will cost him his own life. Director Anca Damian uses every available lead from this rather controversial case to piece together a tragic but strikingly beautiful, Kafkaesque story, constructed with a multitude of mixed media.
